The overall experience was fine, but the payment process took kinda longer than I expected

My order took a bit longer to arrive than I was hoping, and I kept checking the tracking while making coffee one morning. But it did show up in good condition, so no real complaints in the end.

I reached out expecting to get some help, but it took ages before I heard anything back. Even then, I had to chase them up twice just to get a response. It felt like I was the one doing all the work, i’m really not happy with the service.

The earrings were totally fine, but my first instinct was that the necklace felt a bit too light and not as sturdy as I’d hoped. The clasp especially feels kind of cheap. For the price, I’d say it’s okay, but I’d trust your gut if you’re expecting something you can wear every day. These feel more like occasional pieces than everyday jewelry.

I ordered a knit top and a midi skirt from Lou Lou Boutiques, and overall I’m happy with them. The knit top feels really nice against the skin, soft, stretchy, and not scratchy at all. The skirt is a little thinner than I expected, but it still drapes nicely and doesn’t come across as cheap. I’ve washed them once so far and the stitching still looks good. I’m giving it 4 stars just because I wish the skirt had a bit more weight to it, but i feel good wearing both pieces and would order from them again
